International Service Suspensions

Important information

Royal Mail has issued the following statement:  

"Royal Mail is experiencing severe service disruption to our international export services following a cyber incident. We are temporarily unable to despatch items to overseas destinations."

We, at Lavinia Stamps, are hoping that international service will resume shortly but Royal Mail are unable to give us any indication of when this might happen.

In the meantime we are looking for an alternative solution but until then, or until Royal Mail have resolved their issues, we will not be able to ship internationally.

Orders that have been placed After the 12^th of January will be delayed until normal service is reinstated.

Any orders dispatched prior to 12^th of January should not be affected.

There is no disruption to UK orders.
